This Privacy Notice sets out how I, Denise Gregory, Integrative and Relational Counsellor, use, control, process, handle and protect your Personal Information while browsing or using this website www.dgregorycounselling.co.uk, including your rights under the current laws and regulations. This website complies with all UK national laws and requirements for users’ privacy.

Any information that you will supply and by which you could be identified will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Notice. Information that I collect

You may give me Personal Information, such as your name, email address, telephone number and reasons for contacting me by email, text or telephone. I would advise that you do not share personal sensitive information by email or text. If you choose to do so, you will be agreeing that I process that information to understand your requirements and to provide you with the best service that I feel able to.

Personal Information will not be stored by this website or shared with third parties. All information submitted will be stored securely by myself, according to strict security procedure to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, for a period of seven years after the end of our work together, or deleted within four weeks if I am unable to offer you my counselling service. My computer and all electronic information are password-protected to ensure safety and protection of your information. I provide detailed information regarding this on request. Providing Personal Information is not mandatory to use this website. I will only require your name, your email address and your telephone number if you want me to reply to your enquiries.
