Who am I and how can I help?

My name is Denise Gregory. I am a qualified Integrative and Relational Counsellor, a qualified Relational Supervisor and a qualified Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, working in Yate, South Gloucestershire and Bristol areas . I embrace diversity and differences and I have been privileged to work with people from different walks of life. I have experience working with various concerns, including depression, anger, infertility, pregnancy issues, rape, sexual violence, domestic abuse, trauma.

Whatever you are experiencing, we will explore it together, patiently and at your own pace. My approach is non-directive, meaning that you decide what and how much you tell me.

I will use different models and techniques to adapt my approach to your unique needs. The most important aspect of our work together will be our relationship, based on trust, empathy and acceptance. Please look at my approach for more information.

I offer face-to-face, video conference, telephone, short-term, long-term and open-ended counselling. The 30 minute initial consultation is free to give us the opportunity to meet, get to know each other and decide if we can work together while giving you a chance to ask me questions. Concessions are available for clients on low-income, students, counsellors and psychotherapists in training, as described in the fee section.
